12月又有食安新制要上路！衛福部食品藥物管理署今（1）天表示，配合食安法去年修法，上市、上櫃的食品業者必須在今年12月10日完成設置實驗室，進行自主檢驗，目前符合條件者約38家；另外，全國首支全國食品安全專線「1919」12月4日起，也將正式啟動，提供民眾檢舉食安、食品及消費諮詢。
食藥署食品業管理科科長吳希文表示，得設置實驗室的上市、上櫃食品業者，皆是經金管會認定的食品工業、餐飲業以及餐飲收入大於50%以上規模的食品業者，未來必須針對其產品原材料、半成品或成品進行自主檢驗。
食藥署也已公告包括：肉品、油脂、乳品、水產品以及麵粉等大宗物資共10大業別，資本額在1億元以上者，明年12月31日前，為第二波必須設置實驗室者，符合家數約有200家。若業者未依規定檢驗，可開罰3到300萬元。
全國食品安全專線1919則自12月4日起正式啟動，食藥署表示，專線整合跨部會，將同時提供食品安全相關服務，包括食品檢舉、食品諮詢、消費問題、中小企業諮詢及農產諮詢等，提供民眾更便利的陳情、檢舉、諮詢及意見反映管道。
面對多起合宜宅弊案，上周遠雄企業團董事長趙藤雄大翻供認罪，今高院再度召開合議庭，趙藤雄當庭再度認罪，請求法官從輕量刑，被押解出庭的涉案人前葉世文則備感驚訝，他當庭表示，趙藤雄直到今天才認罪，認為「影響最大的人是我」，感到十分痛心，其律師更直批趙藤雄浪費司法資源。今下午合議庭結束，庭末法官訂12月25日宣布判決。
據《蘋果日報》報導，葉世文今於合議庭表示，本案費時19個月，一審已認定其於林口A7及新竹案均無罪，請合議庭依照事實認定。對於趙藤雄翻供認罪，葉世文也當庭表示「訝異與痛心」，其律師也批評趙藤雄「浪費司法資源」，檢察官也認同此觀點，請法官對趙藤雄重判。
趙藤雄涉新竹眷改、林口A7、八德合宜宅3案，翻供認罪，遠雄建設前副總魏春雄也一併改口認罪。今趙藤雄也於合宜宅庭上再度認罪，並求法官從輕量刑，合議庭則訂12月25日宣判。
